Hillbilly stonerrockers Canyon Aero, operating from the Melbourne area have have cooked up an entertaining blend of rock, fuzz and southern flavour, with a healthy doze of humour. The packaging is awesome. Its packed like a movie dvd in equal parts of Naked gun, Dragnet and Blue murder, with a redneck rating (restricted rednecks over 18). The liner notes inside resemble a police report. Musically its fuzzed out heavy stonerrock / hardrock with a swing and a big southern rock injection. Vocalist Terry Vainoras sounds like a mix between the late Layne Staley and Scot Weiland. Essential cd for fans of Down, Black Label Society, AIC, Lynyrd Skynyrd, 38 Special. Attention comes in DVD case!
