Debut CD of the phenomenal guitarist Remko Willems. Having played and listened to various styles of music he developed his own unique style, in which however his love for spanish- latin- and gipsy music clearly sounds through. The recorded songs are actually improvisations and with his touching melodies he lets his guitar(s) sing. This CD includes mainly own compositions by Remko Willems, but also a few covers, which are of course played in a complete new way. Bonus tracks include poetry-reading by author/poet/artist/filmmaker Marion Bloem, who also did the Art Work of the CD. A must-have for lovers of guitar music.
